When Covid hit and I was made redundant, it gave me the opportunity to pause and rethink my direction. I explored training as a psychotherapist, but after working in various mental health settings I realised something still didn’t feel right.
At the same time, life outside of work wasn’t feeling fulfilling either. I found myself looking outward for something to change things, while slowly losing touch with my own intuition and what genuinely mattered to me. I became caught in negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs, with very little self-trust and no real sense of what direction to take next.
All of this left me feeling stuck, frustrated and disconnected from myself.
After thinking about coaching for over a year, I finally decided I had nothing to lose and went for it.

After thinking about coaching for over a year, I finally decided I had nothing to lose and went for it.
In my 12-week coaching journey, I explored three different areas of my life: my career, my confidence, and finding a loving, secure relationship.
I quickly realised the answers I was looking for weren’t, and never were, outside of me — I already had them within me.
The more I began to challenge old thought patterns and make decisions that were true to me, the more I trusted myself.

The more I began to challenge old thought patterns and make decisions that were true to me, the more I trusted myself.
By the end of the programme, that trust had grown into confidence, clarity and a stronger sense of direction that carried into every area of my life.
And perhaps most importantly, I found a loving and secure relationship — with myself.
It was far more than I had expected to experience in a relatively short space of time. That’s why I believe so strongly in coaching as a way to create meaningful, lasting change.
It was having the space to slow down, think clearly, and be supported and held accountable for my next steps.
I draw on different approaches including neuroscience and Positive Psychology, and I continue to invest in my own development through training, coaching and regular supervision.
Alongside my work, I take a holistic approach to wellbeing. Movement plays an important role in my life and mental health, with running, yoga and strength training forming part of my everyday routine.
I value growth, health, kindness, humour and calm, and those values shape how I live and work.
