Having spent over a decade working in corporate environments, I’ve seen first-hand the impact that wellbeing — or a lack of it — can have on individuals and teams.


While wellbeing is becoming more of a focus for organisations today, many approaches still rely on short-term fixes, and burnout continues to rise — often resulting in long-term sick leave. Although organisations are offering more support, these approaches don’t always address the underlying patterns that drive stress, overwhelm and disengagement.

My sessions take a practical, psychology-led approach. I help individuals understand how their thinking and habits influence the way they show up at work, and give them tools to manage pressure, build confidence and perform more effectively.
